This contract, identified as RFQ 5307, pertains to the procurement of inventory parts for an agency located in Ohio, specifically managed through a solicitation posted on February 17, 2026, with responses due by the following day. Bidders are required to submit their proposals exclusively via the designated e-procurement portal; submissions outside this channel will be deemed non-responsive. Suppliers must use the portal’s pricing table to enter their bids, ensuring that all quoted prices include freight costs. The lead time for delivering the entire order must be clearly noted in the bid table’s notes section, expressed strictly in days, to allow for proper evaluation, even if the parts are quoted as "stock." If a substitute part number is offered instead of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part, this must be indicated with the corresponding lead time in the specified format. Additionally, any core fees must be documented in the notes field, and if suppliers cannot provide a certain part, they are instructed to select "no bid." The point of contact for this solicitation is David Drummonds, the supply chain coordinator, who can be reached via email or phone for any inquiries or issues related to the bidding process. The contract is managed by the Ohio Inventory agency, with performance expected within the state. The structured submission process and detailed requirements ensure clear communication and proper evaluation of bids, aiming to secure timely delivery and accurate pricing for the inventory parts needed.

Bids received in other formats may be considered non-responsive. • Items of Importance: All quotes must have the freight included in the price. Lead time: L/T must be noted in the NOTES column in the bid table. This is the lead-time required to fulfill the entire delivered qty on the RFQ.
