This contract, identified as RFQ 5365, is a solicitation for inventory parts managed by the Ohio-based agency under the organization type SLED, with a response deadline on May 13, 2026. Suppliers are required to submit bids exclusively through the designated E-procurement portal; submissions through other means will be deemed non-responsive. The bidding process mandates that all offers include freight costs within the quoted price and specify the lead time in days required to fulfill the entire order quantity, clearly noted in the provided pricing table’s notes column. Lead times must be precise, even for items quoted as "stock," to ensure fair evaluation of bids. Non-OEM parts or alternate part numbers must be explicitly identified in the lead time notes with a specific format, and any core fees must be similarly documented. If a supplier cannot provide a part, they are instructed to select "no bid." The point of contact for the solicitation is David Drummonds, the supply chain coordinator, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Suppliers encountering issues or questions regarding their bid submissions are encouraged to contact him directly via email or phone. This solicitation emphasizes strict adherence to the submission guidelines and detailed, transparent pricing and lead time information to facilitate a fair and efficient procurement process.
