RFQ 5468 is a solicitation issued by the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) for the procurement of various inventory parts, including filters, injectors, gaskets, and electrical components. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder offering the lowest responsive price. Evaluation criteria for responsibility include the bidder's character, reputation, legal status, operational capability, and compliance with Federal Government public policies, including FTA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and 49 U.S.C. Section 5325. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement portal by October 20, 2026, at 11:00 am, using the portal's internal pricing table to avoid being deemed non-responsive. Key submission requirements include all-inclusive pricing that incorporates freight charges, lead times specified in days for the entire delivered quantity, and any applicable core fees noted in the pricing table. If non-OEM parts are quoted, bidders must use the specific format (RM########) in the notes. Additionally, bidders must complete a Vendor Questionnaire confirming that quotes remain valid for 30 days.

RFQ Bid Form Instructions BIDS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH E-PROCUREMENT PORTAL WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE PLEASE CONTACT THE BUYER DIRECTLY WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS WITH A BID • All suppliers shall utilize the pricing table within the E-procurement portal. Bids received in other formats may be considered non-responsive. • Items of Importance: All quotes must have the freight included in the price. Lead time: L/T must be noted in the NOTES column in the bid table. This is the lead-time required to fulfill the entire delivered qty on the RFQ. Lead-time should be in days only and reflect the number of days required to fulfill the entire delivered qty on the RFQ. "Stock" quotes are subjective and will still require a L/T in days for us to fairly evaluate bids. If the part is not OEM or the specific part # requested, please put the following format in the lead time notes with the specific part # you are quoting. (RM#######) Enter any Core fee in the NOTES field located in the pricing table If you do not carry a part, please select "no bid."

Solicitation # 2101373
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is soliciting bids for the procurement of a windshield washer pump assembly under solicitation number 2101373. The response deadline is October 20, 2026. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as the Authority typically does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Delivery timing and rates are critical, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules may result in rejection or default termination. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices paid 30 days from the receipt of the invoice or the order, whichever is later. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to the designated email address and include the purchase order number, item description, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The selected seller must ensure that supplies are of merchantable quality, conform to all technical specifications and manufacturer part numbers, and are covered by the most favorable commercial warranties offered by the seller. The contract includes strict compliance requirements, including certifications against boycotting Israel and providing services to foreign terrorist organizations. Sellers must also adhere to equal opportunity employment standards and warrant that no Authority officials have a pecuniary interest in the order. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination. The Contracting Officer may terminate the order for default if the seller fails to perform within specified time periods, potentially making the seller liable for reprocurement damages.
