SOLICITATION: HT9408-26-Q-E042 (REQUEST FOR QUOTE)


This requirement is for preventive medical maintenance services and support of BD Pyxis cabinets at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234. The selected awardee will be required to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and ancillary items necessary to software user license and software support, calibration, safety inspection, limited corrective maintenance services/repair, and other tasks specified in the performance work statement. Services must be performed in accordance the BD Pyxis OEM maintenance and repair requirements. 


An award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically apcceptable quote in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. An award is anticipated to be made on or around 29 September 2026. 


Quoters are urged to pay specific attention to the addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 for quote submission requirements as well as other pertinent information such as quote submission deadlines.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
