RFQ for CMAR Services at North Fork High School

Blue Moose Unified School District 45 is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services for the development of North Fork High School in Blue Moose, Arizona. The project is divided into three phases: civil work and utilities, construction of campus buildings, and the completion of parking lots, fields, and lighting. All work must align with designs from Antler and Beam Architects, PLLC and comply with Arizona School District Procurement Rules. The District will award the contract to the responsible officer whose qualifications are most advantageous, utilizing a 1,000-point evaluation system with an additional 200 points available for interviews.
