SPL seeks to prequalify up to five General Contractors to bid on the New Central Library. The General Contractor will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 2020 contract, as modified by the attached Supplementary Conditions (Appendix A). Only Successful Proponents will be eligible to submit bids for the project in connection with the second phase of the procurement process.
SPL is located on Treaty 6 territory and the homelands of the Métis in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Saskatoon is a growing and diverse urban community with a population of 278,000 and plans to grow to 500,000.
