The General Services Administration, Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for NSN 9905-01-224-2819 and 9905-01-437-5220 (Instruction Plates). Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal. Please see the salient characteristics description detailing the customer's requirements. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. The full delivery address will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination (CONUS) basis with the vendor’s best delivery lead time. This solicitation is a small business set-aside.
A vendor meeting all administrative compliance requirements in Sections 1-4 (as applicable) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
If any required documents are not submitted or required fields left blank on pages 1-6 of this document, further consideration for award will not be made.
