RFQ - GRT Relaxation Pods

The U.S. Space Force at Buckley Space Force Base is seeking a contractor to design, deliver, and install three self-contained, fully enclosed Relaxation Pods for use by the Guardian Resilience Team. Each pod must fit within an 8' x 10' footprint and function as a plug-and-play unit requiring no facility modifications, powered by standard 110V outlets with a CAT-5 network connection for software updates. The pods must include an ergonomic contour bed with soft cushioning, heated and cooled seating, vibrational massage, an immersive visual display, and user-adjustable aromatherapy to support mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction sessions configurable between 15 and 45 minutes. Delivery and installation are required within 60 calendar days after contract award, with FOB Destination terms applying. All contractor personnel must pass a background check to access the installation and will be escorted by government representatives while on base.
