The CAL FIRE Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with executive leadership, with IT, and the entire Department. As projects are added to the team, it is required that PMO be able to provide up-to-date reports showing the progress of ongoing projects as well as the resources being used and the status towards completion. Using the existing Microsoft 365 environment, as well as Microsoft Planner Pro, the PMO needs a tool enter the data related to a project in order to accurately track projects as they come in.
