RFQ No. 2027PW48, VSS Demo & Parking Lot Expansion Project

The Chaffey Community College District is seeking a prequalified general contractor for the VSS Demo and Parking Lot Expansion Project located at 5885 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, California. This design-bid-build project, estimated at 2,000,000 dollars, involves the complete demolition and removal of the existing two-story VSS Building, including all structures, foundations, slabs, and utilities. Following demolition, the contractor will clear and grade the site to construct a new surface parking lot extension for VSS Parking Lot 23, which includes paving, striping, curbs, gutters, drainage, lighting, landscaping, and accessible pathways.
