RFQ PARKS- On-Call Civil Engineering Consultants for Parks & Recreation Projects

The City of Issaquah Parks and Community Services Department is seeking to establish an on-call arrangement with up to two civil engineering consulting firms to provide flexible, project-specific engineering services for parks and recreation initiatives. These services may support capital projects or address ad hoc technical needs, with work authorized through individual task orders that outline scope, timing, and compensation. There is no guarantee of work volume or hours, as task orders are issued solely at the City’s discretion based on evolving needs.
