The City of Tracy is seeking a qualified traffic engineering consulting firm to deliver professional services during the construction phase of the HSIP Cycle 11 City Wide Safety Improvement Project, identified as CIP 73203 / Project No. HSIPSL-5192(059). The scope of work includes performing an initial assessment of traffic conditions, implementing Leading Pedestrian Intervals (LPI) at 89 signalized intersections, conducting comprehensive signal timing updates across all specified locations, updating as-built drawings, creating new signal timing sheets, and providing post-implementation monitoring and adjustments. The consultant must also manage project coordination with the construction contractor, collect and analyze field data, conduct Synchro modeling, perform bench testing of traffic signal controller databases, and ensure full compliance with the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual, the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and City of Tracy standards.
