The proposed project will include the construction of a pedestrian underpass crossing below the Union Pacific Railroad tracks. This grade-separated pedestrian crossing will connect the proposed North Plaza and South Plaza, providing a recreational crossing for the Constitution Trail and safe access to the south side of the railroad tracks for the Uptown Station Amtrak passengers.
