This phase can be done in three working days.  After completing the work in Phase #1, the selected contractor must coordinate with the TSA Staff so that TSA Staff moves all its furniture, shelves or items in the existing storage, janitor, to the space assigned Phase #1, so that Phase #2 & Phase #3 are free of furniture and shelves. o Phase #2: Offices, hallway, Janitor, Storage, Telephone Room, and restrooms (561 SF.) / This phase can be done in four working days. o Phase #3: Office and storage (320 SF.)
