The Architect/Engineer will serve as a primary team member for design from the inception of the project and provide the Scope of Services as described in this RFQ. The Architect/Engineer shall assemble from its organization and from consultants the individuals it feels will best fit the requirements of the project. The Architect/Engineer shall indicate the responsibilities of each project team member and provide information about how those members are qualified for their role in this project; including resumes, experience with higher education projects, CMc delivered projects, cost saving initiatives, designing of LEED buildings, etc.
