RFQ Water & Wastewater SCADA System Upgrade (PSA-2026-26)

The City of Port Angeles (City) is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide a professional evaluation of the City’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT includes planning, engineering, integration, and construction support services to implement a comprehensive, multi-year upgrade of SCADA system components across the City’s Water Facility and Wastewater Treatment facilities, and remote sites. The City reserves the right to amend or withdraw the RFQ at any time, a full copy of the RFQ is available on the City website, www.cityofpa.us. The City encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
