RFQQ 1230896 – IBN & TTM Frame Fabrication

The University of Washington is seeking qualified firms to design, fabricate, test, finish, and deliver 14 structural frames (12 IBN, 2 TTM). Delivery date to be no later than December 15, 2026, earlier delivery is acceptable. Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Compliance (30%), Schedule (10%), Experience (30%), and Price (30%). All questions must be submitted through the Event Message Center. This document should include all proposal sections (Technical, Project Management, Experience, and Pricing) combined into a single file. This document is optional and is in addition to the section-specific uploads above and will be used for reference purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the section-specific uploads will govern for evaluation.
