INVITATION FOR BIDS / REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUOTATIONS (RFQQ) Project Owner (Subgrantee): Inland Cellular, LLC Project Title: RFQQ10003 – BEAD Compliant Fiber Optic Supply Description of Work: Inland Cellular is soliciting qualifications and quotations from qualified manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors for the furnishing of Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant fiber optic cable and related materials to support Inland Cellular's Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funded broadband infrastructure projects throughout multiple project locations in Washington State.
