AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 3, 2026 by 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking to establish SAs to procure riding mowers in accordance with Annex A - Purchase Description. All arrangements submitted under this RFSA will be evaluated by Canada. All responsive arrangements will be recommended for issuance of a supply arrangement (SA). Only suppliers who have been pre-qualified and have been awarded an SA will be allowed to submit bids for individual Request for Proposals. Suppliers that are already qualified for SA E60HS-17MOWR, will automatically be qualified for the group 1 arrangement for SA E60HS-18MOWR.
