AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 8th, 2023 at 2:00 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Through this solicitation, the Government of Canada (GC) is seeking offers from Offerors interested in providing advertising services. Successful Offerors will be prequalified for a Supply Arrangement. The period of these SOs will be from the date of issuance until June 30, 2026 inclusively with the option to extend the period of the Standing Offers by up to three (3) additional one-year periods. This RFSO will be used to establish four separate lists of SOs and SAs, that departments and agencies can use to select suppliers: · General stream: Indigenous and all other firms: o Category A: Full service – Creative and Media Planning o Category B: Creative service · Indigenous Stream: Indigenous firms only o Category A: Full service – Creative and Media Planning o Category B: Creative service
