AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: : Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions and required supporting documentation must be submitted before 2:00 PM EST/EDT, October 21, 2025. All bids submitted afterward will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This requirement is to establish a Standing Offer (SO) for the supply of a large number of specifically sized bird metal leg bands capable of uniquely marking and identifying free-living North American birds in a safe and standardized way for the Bird Banding Office (BBO) of Environment and Climate Change Canada's (ECCC) Canadian Wildlife Service . The Standing Offer will be for an initial one year period with the option to extend for four additional one year periods. All bands must be appropriately sized, safe for use on free-living birds, clearly legible even when worn, and uniquely and accurately numbered. The metal used must be suitable for use in a wide range of ecosystems and environments throughout the Northern Hemisphere, including temperate, boreal and arctic ecosystems, as well as tropical rainforests.
