Richland Avenue Reconstruction

The City of Ceres is soliciting bids for the Richland Avenue Reconstruction project, which involves comprehensive roadway improvements from Hatch Road to Herndon Avenue in Ceres, California. The scope of work includes storm drain improvements, traffic-signal modifications, street lighting, signage, striping, and Full-Depth Recycling of roadway pavement.
