Riddle Community Schoolyard

The Riddle Community Schoolyard Project is a construction initiative at Riddle Elementary School in Riddle, Oregon, led by Trust for Public Land in partnership with Riddle School District 70. Bids are due by 3:00 p.m. local time on June 4, 2026, and must be submitted electronically through the PennBid portal, where all bidding documents are available at no cost. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 18, 2026, at the school site, and all technical inquiries or requests for clarification must be submitted by May 22, 2026. The project involves site preparation, installation of accessible pathways, safety surfacing, playground equipment, and landscaping, with work expected to begin in summer 2026. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price agreement requiring full compliance with Oregon’s prevailing wage laws under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, and bidders must account for all labor, material, equipment, and facility costs accordingly.
