Palletization is governed by DLA packaging requirements, and all items are subject to zero-defect sampling under MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent zero-based plans with strict acceptance criteria for critical, major, and minor attributes. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are prohibited except in limited functional uses such as batteries or approved instruments, and any portable fluorescent lamps or instruments must include a secondary containment barrier per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Delivery is FOB origin with no quantity variance permitted, inspection and acceptance occur at destination, and total delivery must be completed within 85 days.
