Successful bidder will provide all materials and installation for this project. The location of City Hall is 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, GA. The City of Ringgold hereby solicits and requests sealed bids for installation of roof and material at Martha Denton Pool House, per design.
Requirements: Upon award of contract, said contractor will be required to provide the following: ¿ Performance Bond or Letter of Credit ¿ Payment Bond or Letter of Credit ¿ Warranty Bond or Letter of Credit ¿ Certificate of Insurance for contractor and sub-contractor
