AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
As part of the Ocean Protection Plan, a Risk Assessment Scoring Tool (RAST) was launched in March 2021. The RAST is used to develop a national inventory of wrecked, hazardous and abandoned vessels and to establish a national standardized methodology to assess risk associated with problem vessels. The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the conduct of a gap analysis of the Risk Assessment Scoring Tool (RAST) and the provision of recommendations in accordance with the Statement of Work – Annex A.
The maximum budget to complete the Work is $137,500.00 (tax included).
The Work must be completed by March 31, 2024.
The requirement include options for the implementation of recommendations, training and technical support.
