Procurement details follow. 0001 Rizatriptan Benzoate Dis Tablets 5 MG - 3 Count bottle 0002 Rizatriptan Benzoate Dis Tablets 5 MG - 18 Count bottle 0003 Rizatriptan Benzoate Dis Tablets 10 MG - 3 Count bottle 0004 Rizatriptan Benzoate Dis Tablets 10 MG - 18 Count bottle 0005 Rizatriptan Benzoate Tablets 5 MG - 12 Count bottle 0006 Rizatriptan Benzoate Tablets 5 MG - 18 Count bottle 0007 Rizatriptan Benzoate Tablets 10 MG - 12 Count bottle 0008 Rizatriptan Benzoate Tablets 10 MG - 18 Count bottle This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract with a one year base and four one year options. A contract resulting from this solicitation will establish a national supply source, in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 (Requirements), to provide the items listed in the schedule for purchase by Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and Bureau of Prisons customers through the DLA and VA prime vendor programs. The annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies section of the solicitation. This is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR part 12. All sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
