Bid #10981: The contractor will provide comprehensive road maintenance services for the East Garrison Community Services District. This includes pavement sweeping and debris collection; periodic inspection and repair of distressed pavement using overlays, slurry seals, or patching; seal coating roads every three years; semi-annual inspection and cleaning of drainage facilities (curbs, gutters, inlets, catch basins); annual storm drain inspections; inspection and repair of sidewalks and streetlights (bulb replacement every four years); and maintenance/replacement of street signs and pavement markings as needed.
