Submissions marked "COR25-00136 – Road Renewal Package 26C" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (SK), on January 20, 2026 for Submission 1, and January 21, 2026 for Submission 2. The City of Regina seeks proposals in response to this RFP from experienced companies capable of completing the work associated with the rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads within the City. The proposals will be accepted in two separate submissions. The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to: Pavement rehabilitation and road failure repairs Localized repair and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and landscaping Repair and reconstruction of underground services such as domestic connections, catch basins and manholes, etc Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
