The intent of this performance based service contract is to provide for roadside brushing maintenance of forest service roads on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Snoqualmie and Skykomish Ranger Districts. The resulting contract will be a performance based, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract with a minimum guarantee of $30,000 and a maximum not to exceed $99,000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies, and perform all work required to maintain the facilities according with drawing and specifications of the contract. All roads are located on the Snoqualmie and Skykomish Ranger Districts. Districts maps showing the road systems are available for viewing or purchasing at the district offices. Roads will be identified on work orders for the Contractor. These roads at a minimum will be passable with a 4X4 vehicle. The Contractor shall start work when directed within three calendar days from date of each work/task order. Interested parties can download a copy of this solicitation around May 22nd 2009.
