Roadway Paving on San Jose Avenue

Kern County is forecasting a roadway paving project on San Jose Avenue, spanning from West Cecil Avenue to County Line Road in Delano, California. The scope of work primarily involves roadway paving using hot mix asphalt and the installation of drainage ditches. Additionally, the project includes the construction of driveways and survey monument encasements, as well as the reconstruction of fences, block walls, and gates. The contract also requires the relocation of existing pillars, mailboxes, and signs, along with the removal of old traffic stripes. New thermoplastic traffic stripes, pavement markings, and signage will be installed to complete the project.
