Roadway Rehabilitation EA 06-1J960

The Roadway Rehabilitation EA 06-1J960 project, managed by Caltrans District 6, involves infrastructure improvements on State Route 43 near Wasco, California, from post mile 25.1 to 38.8. The primary scope of work includes the installation of rumble strips at the centerline and edge lines, as well as pavement repairs involving the cold planing of 0.25 feet of asphalt concrete and the application of hot mix asphalt-type A. All activities will be conducted within the Caltrans right of way, spanning from one edge of the pavement to the other. Additional project requirements include the replacement or refreshing of traffic stripes, updating sign panels on existing posts, and adding shoulder backing where necessary.
