The Roadway Rehabilitation project EA 06-1J960, managed by Caltrans District 6, involves routine maintenance on State Route 43 near Wasco, California, from post mile 25.1 to 38.8. The scope of work includes installing rumble strips at the centerline and edge line, repairing damaged pavement through cold planing 0.25 feet of asphalt and applying hot mix asphalt-type A, and updating traffic stripes, sign panels, and shoulder backing.
