CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR PASSING LANES AND AN INTERSECTION TREATMENT on Highway No. 3 from 4.88 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25 to 25.35 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 10.01 km. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement[email protected] Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after the award notification date.
