CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION TREATMENTS, ACCESS ROADS AND MILL AND FILL on Highway No. 13 between km 15.38 to km 16.08; at Main Street Arcola, Grid 604 0.6 km East of Arcola, and Co-op approach 0.35 km West of Main Street AT KM 14.81, KM 15.77, AND KM 16.12; for a TOTAL OF THREE INTERSECTION TREATMENTS.
