Solicitation # joliet-job-corps-request-quote-parking-lot-road-repairs
Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a subcontractor for road and parking lot repairs at the Joliet Job Corps Center in Illinois. This fixed-price, single lump sum opportunity has an estimated value between $100,000 and $250,000. The scope of work includes the full-depth removal and replacement of approximately 62,500 square feet of asphalt across five specific areas, the repair of five storm sewer drain structures, and the patching of five potholes. The selected contractor must complete all work within 90 consecutive business days following a written Notice to Proceed. The project is subject to Construction Wage Rate Requirements, necessitating weekly certified payroll reports and adherence to prevailing wage determinations. Additional requirements include a minimum insurance coverage of $1 million for general liability and auto, and $500,000 for workers compensation. Contractors must submit a complete MTC Supplier Packet, including a W-9 and self-certification. Award will be granted to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder who demonstrates technical experience in stream crossings, road cross drainage, and bank stabilization.
