NOTCHING AND WIDENING and CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 9 from 0.21 km south of the junction of Highway No. 23 to 14.81 km north; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 15.02 km. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement [email protected] Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
