The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roll-Up Door Repair and Replacement located at the Orange Armory (365 East River Ave., Orange, CA 92666), the San Pedro Armory (891 West 13th St., San Pedro, CA 90731) and the Los Angeles Armory (1300 Federal Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025). Work to include: The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing damaged roll-up door components and install a new complete roll-up door system with safety features, ensuring proper function and site cleanup. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
