The MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office is soliciting quotations under Solicitation M67400-26-Q-0028 for Roman Catholic Priest Services aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).


The Contractor shall provide Roman Catholic priest services, including Masses, sacraments, pastoral care, religious education support, required coordination, records, and reports.

The technical submission shall include documentation demonstrating the proposed priest’s ecclesiastical qualifications, a current letter of good standing or equivalent verification, applicable endorsements, faculties, authorizations, or approvals, a resume or curriculum vitae, and a description of the proposed approach to performing the requirements of the PWS.


Offerors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), unless an applicable exception applies. The Offeror’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) shall be included in the quotation.
