The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is seeking the vendors for a complete demolition of an existing low-slope built-up roof system and complete installation of a new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roof system. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $14 million. The disclosure of magnitude for this project will be between $25,000 and $100,000IAW I.A.W. FAR 36.204(a). All firms or individuals responding must be registered on line at the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of award. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. You may download the solicitation from FBO and email your quote. No Faxes will be accepted. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
