1. Remove, salvage, and dispose of existing roofing assembly, structural members, and structural and metal decks, and furnish, install, integrate, and test new roofing assembly, structural members, and structural and metal decks; 2. Decommission, remove, salvage, and dispose of existing mechanical units, including HVAC, fire systems, and heat pumps and associated piping, vent, and ductwork, and furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission new mechanical units, including HVAC, fire systems, and heat pumps and associated piping, vent, and ductwork; 3. Decommission, remove, salvage, and dispose of existing electrical systems, including lighting, fixtures, conduit, and wiring for roof-located equipment, and furnish, install, integrate, test, and commission new electrical systems, including lighting, fixtures, conduit, and wiring for roof-located equipment; 4.
