ATLANTA PUBLIC SCHOOLS CMAR Roof Replacement Projects Roof Technology Partners (¿RTP¿ or ¿Construction Manager¿ or ¿CM¿) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals per Roof Technology Partners¿ bid form. The projects are spread across the greater Atlanta Area. The schools will all be included in separate projects; it is expected that each school will be priced, and contracts will be awarded based on best value and ability to complete the scope of work. The scope of this project includes: demolition as specified, roofing, and edge metal installation. Bids will be received by email no later than Bids must be submitted on Roof Technology Partners Bid Form per the project requirements and specifications. Bid Forms will be provided to qualified bidder after the Subcontractor Prequalification Forms have been review. Bids are to be broken up by school as described and shown in the proposal documents and Bid Form. Please submit your bids by email to Austin Letlow at austin@rooftechnologypartners.com .
