Roof Replacement for West, Polk, Fallbrook and Northwest BOF'S

The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston has issued Request for Technical Proposal Doc1797074478 for a full roof replacement project at the West, Polk, Fallbrook, and Northwest BOF facilities in Houston, Texas. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove existing roofing and install a new system. All roofing assemblies must be approved by Factory Mutual Global (FMG) and comply with FMG uplift pressure design procedures and LSB Standard 11 Revision .05. The solicitation explicitly mandates the use of asphalt mopping for installation and prohibits the use of low-rise foam TPO as an alternative.
