Roof Replacement Project

The Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed bids for a roof replacement project located at 13635 Sycamore Avenue, San Martin, California. The scope of work involves the removal of the existing roof down to the sheathing, including the removal of base flashings, termination bars, and wall membranes, followed by the installation of a new TPO membrane using adhesive and primer.
