The Hawaii National Guard is soliciting proposals for a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide all labor, materials, and supervision for two concurrent construction projects at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The first project, KNMD209085, involves constructing a new 2,400 square foot Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility with a performance period of 733 calendar days. The second project, KNMD209086, consists of a 1,320 square foot addition to the Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Facility (B3552) to support the F-22 mission, with a performance period of 456 calendar days. Both projects utilize conventional design and construction methods, featuring micro-pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete, and standing seam metal roofing. An optional line item is available for the construction of a Material Assembly Center concrete pad. This procurement is a 100 percent set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 236220, with a total construction magnitude estimated between 10 million and 25 million dollars.
