Roseville Aquatics Complex Renovation Project

The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the Roseville Aquatics Complex Renovation Project under solicitation number 13-197, with a base bid estimate of $3,300,500. The project scope includes replastering the competition pool and upgrading locker rooms and restrooms to meet accessibility compliance standards, with specific work involving selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, metal fabrications, rough and architectural carpentry, quartz shower panels, waterproofing, sheet metal flashings, joint sealants, ceiling access hatches, cement and gypsum board, tiling, epoxy flooring, fiberglass panels, painting, signage, and permits. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies fully with all requirements, based on the grand total bid price including base items and designated alternates, with mathematical errors corrected by the City prior to evaluation. All bids must be submitted in sealed cover to the City Clerk’s Office at 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, California, by 3:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026, and must include standard Proposal Forms, an Addendum Acknowledgment Form for each issued Addendum, a subcontractor listing for any subcontracts exceeding 0.5% of the total bid, and all required signatures. Electronic, telephonic, or facsimile submissions are not accepted. Successful bidders must furnish performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract price, along with original certificates of insurance for workers’ compensation and liability coverage meeting City specifications, with no cross-suit or insured-versus-insured exclusions. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage laws, non-discrimination requirements, ADA-ABA and California accessibility standards, and safety protocols outlined in the contract.
