Project Description: The City of Roseville is now accepting bid proposals for the RAC Renovation Project The scope of work for the base bid includes, but is not limited to: The project includes replastering of the competition pool and upgrades to the locker rooms and restrooms to ensure accessibility compliance. Additive alternates have been identified for budget purposes, and include mechanical pit wall repairs, HVAC improvements to the classroom, sports lighting replacements, additional plumbing improvements, door closer replacements, and replacement of the pool surge pit cover. Contract Documents: A Project Manual, including all Contract Documents and the Proposal forms for bidding this project, may be obtained online from the City of Roseville’s website at http://www.roseville.ca.gov/business/procurement_services/bids_rfps.php. All communications relative to this project shall be conducted through Public Purchase. Engineer’s Estimate: The engineer's estimate for construction of the base bid items is $3,300,500.00 Pre-Bid Meeting: Not applicable. Questions: The deadline for submission of questions and clarifications regarding the Contract Documents is 7/24/2026. In order to meet the required timeline to issue addenda, questions will not be accepted after this date. Only Addenda issued by the City are binding. All questions shall be directed to the attention of Heather Buck via Public Purchase at https://roseville.ca.gov/rfp.
