This is a solicitation for contractor support to provide a certified crane and certified crane operator services at Rota International Airport, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, in support of cargo loading and unloading operations from 15 June- 19 June 2026 and 30 June- 3 July 2026.
All will be IAW attached Solicitation and Statement of Work. 


This acquisition is a Total Set Aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Payment will be paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All costs associated with the use of these cards (i,e. transaction fees) shall be included in the quote for applicable of service.
