We highly recommend online submission of responses. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. The Iowa DOT is seeking bids for: Rotation Cylinder and Various Parts Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. Freight to be included in unit price cost if applicable.
Approved Brands Any manufacturers’ names, trade names, brand names, or catalog numbers used in the specification are for establishing and describing general performance and quality levels. The references are not intended to be restrictive, and bids are invited on these and comparable brands or products of any manufacturer. Responders must include alternate brand specifications for purposes of comparison to approved brands based on the same or higher level of performance. Prior to award the Iowa DOT may require samples to evaluate quality and/or compliance with proposal requirements.
Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent. All items are tied.
