AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 27 at 2pm EST. All bids submitted after 2pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant.
There will be an additional site visit on June13, 2023, at 11:30am. Interested bidders are to meet at front security gate located at320 Sussex, and will then be brought to the sign in desk. No on-site parking available. The names of eachindividual attending the site visit along with the name of the firm they representmust be provided to theContracting Authorityno later than Monday June 12, 2023, by 2pm. Any attendance requests after the date and time will be rejected. Any individuals who attend the site visit without advance notice will be denied access to the site visit.
Enquiries regarding this bid solicitation must be directed only to the Contracting Authority in the bid solicitation through the Event Messages within SAP Ariba no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing.
