The Government is seeking qualified contractors to support the repair and return of classified and unclassified components for the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 fleet, requiring expertise in handling classified information, controlled unclassified information, and specialized technical orders. Contractors must possess SECRET security clearance and be capable of securely storing, generating, and managing sensitive data without any foreign participation. Interested parties are required to submit a Capability Statement addressing three specific areas: detailed feedback on the Performance Work Statement, recommendations regarding Industrial Participation including whether it should be excluded from the PWS and how it should be managed during solicitation, and confirmation of understanding of the Turn-Around-Time calculation methodology. Responses must be submitted by the deadline to the designated point of contact.
