The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD has awarded a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0014 to Insitu Inc., 118 E. Columbia River Way, Bingen WA, for the procurement of Strongback Module Assemblies in support of sustainment efforts for the RQ-21A system. These efforts are in direct support of Navy Special Warfare (NSW) Operations. The value of this Delivery Order is $319,886.64 and will be funded with the following appropriation categories: Acquisition Procurement (APN), and Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E). Insitu, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the RQ-21A Blackjack, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to perform the efforts described herein, in order to satisfy the government's requirement.
